Champion for people and planet, obsessed with what could be, and committed to making it happen.
Much like climbing a mountain, starting a company is a bold expedition. Having spent months backpacking, climbing, and skiing in remote areas of Alaska, the Alps, the Himalayas, and the Rockies, Alex has a deep appreciation for adventure and the entrepreneurial journey.
As an Analyst at Forerunner, Alex works to identify, finance, and support breakout companies pushing markets toward better, more sustainable solutions. He loves working alongside founders reimagining commerce to overcome climate change, close the education gap, improve healthcare access, and promote financial independence.
Before joining Forerunner, Alex advised private equity and venture capital firms on sustainable investment at Malk Partners. He also helped startups develop and commercialize alternative proteins as a Fellow at the Good Food Institute. Alex graduated with honors and distinction in Economics from Claremont McKenna College.
