Tandis Moeini

Biography

Tandis Moeini supports the finance team in building the financial infrastructure behind Forerunner's funds and management company — spanning portfolio data monitoring, investment valuations, financial reporting and planning, tax, legal, regulatory compliance, and investor relations. She also leads Forerunner's founder-facing Essentials program, giving founders a roadmap for the operational foundations they'll need before they know they need them.

Her personal conviction is that finance and operations are the foundation a great organization is built on: when nobody notices what's happening behind the scenes, it's working. Before Forerunner, Tandis was the right hand to the CFO at both Sequoia Heritage, the institutional endowment fund of Sequoia Capital, and White Star Capital, an international early- and growth-stage technology VC, leading the strategic development of their financial infrastructure. She holds a Bachelor's in Business and Organizational Studies with a specialization in Accounting and Finance from Western University in Canada, and holds both CA and CPA designations.
