Biography

As Forerunner's Office Host and Operations Ambassador, Eva McDonald creates a warm, welcoming environment for founders, partners, and guests — and keeps the firm's day-to-day running seamlessly behind the scenes. She believes the best experiences are built from thoughtful details, genuine relationships, and a willingness to help wherever she's needed.

Before Forerunner, Eva earned a B.S. in General Science from the University of Oregon and a Master's in Education from Alder Graduate School of Education. A former middle school teacher, she found her stride in relationship-building, organization, and program coordination. Whether she's welcoming visitors, supporting team initiatives, or connecting people across the Forerunner network, Eva brings curiosity, empathy, and a people-first approach to everything she does.
