Why We Invested:
The Yes was conceived by inimitable retail executive Julie Bornstein, whose career we have tracked as she led pre-eminent retailers up the digital curve, and most recently served as the COO of Stitch Fix leading up to its IPO. Massive market share is up for grabs in retail as transactions shift online, legacy competitors bow, and brands look for Amazon alternatives - particularly in the $300B US apparel and accessories market, in which The Yes offers an unmatched, more personalized discovery experience.
