Led by a team of financial technology leaders, a product roadmap fully attuned to modern customers’ needs, and a revenue model aligned with customer happiness, Chime was a bet on the future of personal finance, with the customer front-and-center.

Chime was founded by entrepreneurial finance and technology leaders Chris Britt (CEO) and Ryan King (CTO), collectively inspired by market gaps observed at Visa, Green Dot, Comcast, and Plaxo.
Before founding Chime, CEO Chris was the Chief Product Officer and SVP, Corporate Development at Green Dot. Prior to that, Chris held roles as a senior product leader at Visa and as one of the first executives at ComScore.
CTO Ryan was previously VP of Engineering of Plaxo, an early social networking pioneer that was acquired by Comcast Interactive Media, where he went on to be the CTO of Comcast’s Silicon Valley Innovation Center.
